We are looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. The role involves working 20-30 hours per week with regular overtime, in shifts from 6am to 2pm, 10am to 6pm, or 2pm to 10pm, including weekends, which will be discussed at interview. The position also includes working in our in-store bakery. Full, paid training will be provided.
Requirements include being aged 18 or over to authorise age-related sales. As a Customer Team Leader, you'll support your team, lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include re-stocking shelves, cleaning spillages, coaching team members, and supporting community engagement initiatives.
