The Reality of the Role
The Location: Redditch (Easily accessible and worth the travel for a specialist setting).
The Pay: £90 - £100 per day.

The Mission: Supporting a class of learners with ASC, SEMH, and MLD. You are the glue that holds the lesson together.What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Floating Support: Moving between small groups to ensure everyone is on task, engaged, and regulated.
The "Sensory" Lead: Helping manage sensory circuits, "quiet zones," and outdoor learning breaks.
De-escalation Pro: Using your toolkit (Team-Teach, MAPA, or just plain intuition) to keep the classroom a calm, safe space.
Collaborative Victory: Working with Teachers, SALT (Speech and Language), and Occupational Therapists to hit those EHCP targets.The Checklist (Requirements):
