Senior Sales Manager – Global Real Estate Event
Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Full relocation support and family benefits provided)
Salary to SAR 38,000 per month (Tax free) + commission
My client is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead commercial success on one of the region’s flagship real estate exhibitions.
Responsibilities:
* Lead all commercial activity for a major global real estate event
* Engage with influential international clients and convert high-value opportunities
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders
* Operate autonomously, driving both new business and strategic account growth
* Focus on growth within European markets while delivering a seamless sales cycle
* Forecast accurately and build a strong, conversion-driven sales pipeline
Qualifications
* A minimum of 8–10 years in B2B exhibitions or large-scale events
* Experience managing complex sales cycles and senior client relationships
* Demonstrated success in proposal development and client acquisition
* Strong background in the real estate, property, or investment sectors
* Track record of hitting commercial targets and bringing new business to life
