What the day will look like
As a Paralegal in our Krakow team, you will play a key role in supporting our international legal and corporate operations. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the corporate international team with restructuring projects, entity set‑ups, and data collection for the global entity management system (EntityOps 'EO').
* Assisting the Krakow corporate lawyer with the implementation and renewal of all intercompany and transfer‑priced agreements.
* Maintaining and updating documentation databases, ensuring all corporate records are accurately organized and securely stored. Collaborating with stakeholders to implement secure and user‑friendly document storage solutions.
* Assisting corporate data analysts in running reports from EO as requested by global legal and compliance teams.
* Supporting the Global Secretariat team with requests for global entity charts, creating tailored charts and reports, and obtaining documents from governmental agencies.
* Coordinating with corporate analysts and the Treasury hub in Krakow to support a variety of Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.
