Account Executive (IT Services)

Our client, a leading managed IT Service Provider with almost 50 years of operation across the UK and Ireland, is entering an exciting new phase of growth and seeking a proactive, results-driven Junior Account Executive. This is your chance to play a crucial role in expanding their client base and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your Core Responsibilities:

* Client Champion: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, managing renewals and exceeding their needs.
* Growth Driver: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging warm leads to expand the client base.
* Solution Architect: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and tailored proposals.
* Collaborative Partner: Work seamlessly with internal teams for flawless product/service delivery and outstanding customer service.
* Achieve & Exceed: Meet and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
* Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights.
* Problem Solver: Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
* Organized Pro: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM software.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* Educated to degree level.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Eligible to live and work in the UK.
