Purpose of the post: To provide physiotherapy support for the Belles first-team at training sessions and matches and support the ETC, where required. Key duties and responsibilities: Manage first-team physiotherapy, providing support for injured players and providing rehabilitation plans. Reporting into the first-team manager on injury status and prevention. Manage ETC physiotherapy, providing support for injured players and providing rehabilitation plans. Provide updates to the ETC Centre Manager on player injury status, prevenetion and provide advice on loads. Be present and familiar figure at all first-team fixtures. Be a champion of safeguarding and an approachable figure for players, particularly from the ETC, can approach. Ensure all medical equipment is fit for purpose. Adhere to all club policies and procedures. Be passionate about continued professional development. About The Candidate Person specification: Has good organisational skills.
