The Three Fishes successfully opened in November 2021 under the management of Nigel Haworth. In the short time since opening, we have already been featured in the Sunday Times as one of the 'top 30 places for Sunday roast' and listed in the 2023 MICHELIN Guide.
Our menus are shaped by the seasons, supported by our kitchen garden, foragers, and local suppliers. Menus are complimented by exceptional wine pairings and a well drilled order of service.

THE PERSON
The ideal Head Chef will have the following:
· Several years experience as a Senior Chef in a quality establishment
· The ability to consistently perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
· Excellent organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of a kitchen
· In-depth knowledge of all the sections in a kitchen to efficiently manage operations
· Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a kitchen team
· Solid financial acumen, including the ability to manage a budget
· Creativity and superior culinary skills to create exceptional dishes
· Business acumen to make sound decisions regarding things like pricing and kitchen processes
THE JOB
We are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Head Chef to work closely with our Chef Patron, Nigel Haworth.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the following:
· All food production, stock management & wastage
· Compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation
· Staff training & retention
· Food safety & hygiene
· The kitchen budget and GP
· Maintain exceptional standards of quality assurance, food prep and cooking
· Maintaining a 5* Food hygiene rating
