We are recruiting for Vehicle Masker in Corby, NN17 with immediate start.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: £14.48 - £15.55 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:
. Mask and outline vehicle panels in preparation for paint spraying, ensuring precision and high-quality finishes.
. Work on a wide range of vehicles, from small family cars to light commercial vehicles.
. Assist and support the Bodyshop team across various departments as required to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
. Plan and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure optimal workshop efficiency.
. Provide training and guidance to new staff members when required, sharing your knowledge and skills to maintain high standards within the team.
Skills & Expertise:
. Proven experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician or Masker is essential.
. A full, valid UK Driving Licence is required.
. Ability to mentor and offer guidance to junior technicians, as necessary.
. A genuine passion for working within the motor industry and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work to meet customer expectations.
. Capable of working independently on vehicles, making informed decisions when needed, and taking responsibility for your work.
. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest quality and precision.
Qualifications & Requirements:
. Essential:
o Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician or Masker.
o Full UK Driving Licence.
o Ability to work independently and make decisions as required.
. Desirable:
o Experience in working on a variety of vehicle types.
o Familiarity with various masking techniques and procedures.
o Willingness to train and support new staff
