Role: Call Handler
Location: Dunfermline Contact Centre
Hours: Full-time
Shift Pattern:
* Monday to Sunday: 08:00–19:00
* Occasional bank holiday work required

Your Role as a Call Handler
As a Call Handler at Vets Now, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients. You'll play a vital role in delivering the high-quality support and service we’re known for. This is more than just answering calls—it's about offering reassurance, clarity, and care in sometimes stressful situations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally
* Provide accurate information and address client inquiries
* Log all call details accurately in our system
* Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team
* Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in every interaction
* Follow established call handling protocols
* Assist with administrative tasks when required
