23rd April, 2026 Technical Manager (Rubber / Woven materials) Location : Yorkshire Permanent position Our client develop and manufacture a range of rubber / woven material based products. They are actively looking to recruit a Technical Manager Duties for this position will include : Leading product development, process improvement, and technical activities within design, development and manufacturing teams Managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) Initiating and leading development and improvement projects Coordinating production support team, to balance, short, medium and long term projects Delivering installation training and technical guidance to teams and customers alike Making key technical decisions at key milestones Maintaining Quality at the forefront of all activities Understanding supply chain and suggesting alternative materials if needed Post sales technical support Using SolidWorks to support products and equipment upgrades Conducting product testing and developing new test equipment where required.
