* Lead and manage projects for bespoke electromechanical / automated components and machinery for projects within engineering, automotive, packaging machinery, and more.
* Ensure project bottlenecks are identified and liaise with engineering teams to deliver results in a timely fashion.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, generating new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Oversee project P&L, budget, and cash flow, ensuring financial targets and forecasts are met.
