This position will be integral to the implementation and maintenance of the Quality and Delivery Clinic (QDAC) activities within the UK operation of the joint venture.Key Responsibilities:Warranty / Customer Returns ProcessSupport Investigation & Fault FindingMaterial Review Board (MRB)CAPA Management (8D Elephant Chart)Customer Escape ManagementManage Quality CostsSupport QCPC / Turn backsSupport Offline ProductMetrics & Monthly Reporting for QDACConduct Internal Audits i.a.w. planJob Requirements:Experience working within the scope of key responsibilities listed aboveBasic awareness of Quality Management Systems such as AS9100, IATF16949, ISO17025 etc.Proficient in product-related investigative and problem-solving environmentsCompetent in using common IT software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and SharePointStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating and having difficult conversationsDesirable Experience / Qualifications:Significant experience or qualification in AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management SystemExperience in mechanical, electronics, and software engineeringWorking knowledge of continuous improvement methodologiesPrevious management or team leadership experienceExperience working with Japanese businessesDegree (or equivalent) and significant relevant experience, or extensive experience in lieu of a degreeKnowledge of Core Quality tools including PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, 8D and MSAIf you are an experienced Quality Engineer with a background in the aerospace sector, we encourage you to apply now to join our client's dynamic team.TPBN1_UKTJ
