You will be organized, hardworking, and passionate about supporting disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners. The role involves, but is not limited to: Contributing to the initial assessment process, student inductions, and identifying learning gaps. Supporting students to improve their learning and performance through the development of study skills. Taking responsibility for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students with a wide range of learning barriers and/or SEND.
