GVC are excited to be providing recruitment support to this well-established practice who are seeking a Clinical Nursing manager to join the dedicated team.
The Role
The Clinical Nursing Manager (CNM) position entails a diverse range of nursing responsibilities, balanced with allocated non-clinical time to facilitate team development and active involvement in senior leadership within the practice. They are looking for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment and possesses the ability to lead a team comprising RVNs, PCAs, and SVNs, further enhancing their already remarkable capabilities. Collaborating with a Group Nursing Manager (GNM) and another CNM, you will collectively oversee Lead Nurses, necessitating demonstrable experience in line management. This structured nursing leadership framework aims to ensure the effective management of the Nursing Team across the organization, thereby fostering the continued growth and success of their Practice.
The full-time role entails 40 hours per week spread over 4 or 5 days, with weekends on a rotational basis accompanied by compensatory time off.
