We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our growing team in Bedfordshire, with hybrid working available. Ideally this role will be full time, but we will consider part time as well. The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload including: • Wills and estate planning • Probate and estate administration • Trust creation and management • Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters • Inheritance Tax planning and related advice You will ideally have 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work (but we welcome applications from all levels with relevant experience) and confidence in handling your own caseload with minimal supervision. If you’re STEP-qualified or working towards it, that’s a bonus - but it’s not essential
