Overview
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Resource Efficiency Collective (www.refficiency.com), led by Professor Jonathan Cullen, at the Department of Engineering's central Cambridge site.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain administrative policy and processes for the Resource Efficiency Collective to ensure the smooth running of research and teaching related activities.
* Manage project timelines and budgets.
* Manage external partner networks.
* Run workshop and conference events.
* Assist with bids for funding.
* Coordinate the group's HR and administrative processes.
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or an equivalent level of practical experience.
* Expertise in using various types of administration software.
* Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous administrative experience, including the use of systems to manage HR, IT, finances, communication, website curation and social media.
Temporary Cover
This is a maternity cover post which is fixed-term until 31 March 2027 or the return of the post holder, whichever is earlier.
