At Stafford House Study Holidays, we welcome over 6,000 young learners from around the world each summer. Our mission is simple: to help students develop their English skills through engaging lessons, exciting activities, and memorable excursions.
This fixed term contract supports our team to help customers with new bookings and provide assistance with existing reservations for our study holiday schools. This is a dynamic, enjoyable, and varied position starting in early Janauary 2026, offered on a full-time contract, until the end of July 2026.
What you'll do
Based at our Canterbury schooljust a five-minute walk from the city centre, you’ll join a busy, friendly team where no two days are the same. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people from all over the world. In return, you’ll gain fantastic experience working with multicultural clients in a supportive educational setting.
* Communicating with our overseas clients, answering questions about courses and programmes before students arrive
* Preparing quotes, processing reservations, and managing any special customer requirements
* Handling databases, spreadsheets, invoices, supplier reports, and general administrative tasks
What we're looking for
* Great communication skills as you’ll be working with a range of customers, within a really helpful and supportive team
* Some experience of working in a reservations, remote customer service, or leisure and tourism role would be of benefit
* Have excellent attention to detail, be computer-savvy and have working experience in a fast-paced, administrative environment
* You must be available until the end of July 2026
* This is an office based position Monday to Friday and so you must be willing to commute to our school in New Dover Road, Canterbury
This role could equally be a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to expand their existing experience.
