About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants / Support Workers.
You will support adults in their own homes and help them live safely and independently.
Minimum of 6 months experience in care is required.
Main Duties
* Support with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Assist with medication
* Prepare meals and drinks
* Support with mobility and use of equipment
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Complete light domestic tasks
* Support adults with dementia, physical disabilities, sensory impairment, mental health needs and end-of-life needs
* Keep clear and accurate care records
* Report concerns promptly to the office

What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 6 months experience in care (domiciliary, care home, supported living or hospital)
* A caring and patient attitude
* Good communication skills
* Reliable and trustworthy
* Able to work independently
* Driving licence and own car preferred
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months professional care experience
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS check (completed by us)
* Two professional references
* Willing to complete training and shadowing shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Zero hours contract
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
