We are seeking a committed and reliable Registered Nurse to work at La Fontana Dementia Nursing Home, Martock. The ideal candidate will have experience in person-centred care, combined with sound clinical and supervision skills.
As a Registered Nurse with Notaro Care Homes, you will provide all necessary support for residents, enabling them to live an active and fulfilled life while adhering to CQC regulations and guidelines.
You will work closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and other Nurses to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality nursing care. Your practice should be evidence-based and reflect current trends.
You will also be responsible for supervising and training care assistants, ensuring the full and professional delivery of care to residents.
