Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity from start to finish
* Running your own files with autonomy while contributing to team success
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
* Maintaining exceptional attention to detail, ensuring compliance and risk management

We're Looking For
* A qualified Solicitor with 5PQE in residential conveyancing
* Confidence in running a varied caseload independently
* Excellent organisational skills and precise attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both with clients and colleagues
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with commitment to client service
