Your Role
* Lead end-to-end testing for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts.
* Define and execute test strategy, planning, estimation, and reporting.
* Manage onsite test teams and coordinate effectively with offshore counterparts.
* Drive test governance, track milestones, and escalate risks proactively.
* Oversee and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
* Ensure quality across SuccessFactors modules like EC, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Payroll, and Performance Goals.
* Validate integration points with SAP HCM/ERP and third-party systems.
* Utilize tools like JIRA and XRay for test management and defect tracking.
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Test Lead in SAP SuccessFactors projects.
* Strong knowledge of test case design, defect lifecycle, and regression testing.
* Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models in enterprise SAP programs.
* Hands-on experience with data migration testing, cutover validation, and change request testing.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
* Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules and integration points.
* Ability to manage governance and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
