Salary: £50,000–£65,000 DOE + bonus + new business %

A boutique, internationally connected luxury travel PR agency is looking for an Account Director with strong experience across luxury travel, hospitality and premium lifestyle brands to join its growing London team. This is a senior opportunity suited to a strategic, commercially minded PR professional who thrives in an agency environment and understands the nuances of high-end, global travel communications.
The Role
As Account Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering integrated PR strategies for a portfolio of high-profile luxury clients. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll lead client relationships, oversee campaign delivery, and contribute to the agency’s continued growth and reputation within the sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of creative, results-driven PR campaigns across luxury travel and hospitality accounts
* Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients, building long-term, strategic partnerships
* Identify organic growth opportunities and support new business activity and pitches
* Provide senior counsel across media relations, brand storytelling, partnerships and content strategy
* Oversee budgets, billing and forecasting to ensure strong commercial performance
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
* Maintain and leverage strong national and international media relationships
About You
* Currently operating at Account Director level, or an established Senior Account Manager ready to step up
* Demonstrable experience working with luxury travel, hospitality or premium lifestyle brands is essential
* Strategic thinker with sound commercial instincts and strong attention to detail
* Confident client lead with gravitas, credibility and excellent communication skills
* A track record of consistency and tenure within previous roles
