Overview
Reporting to the Home Manager, our Clinical Deputy Manager will guide and support our nursing team to continuously improve the quality of care for the residents, ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework. You will write and review care plans, assessing residents\' individual physical, mental and social needs. As Clinical Lead you will maintain and promote relationships with GPs and medical contacts in the community and local professional bodies.
Responsibilities
* Guide and mentor a team of nurses, championing residents\' safety and dignity and driving continuous improvement.

* Maintain and promote relationships with GPs, medical contacts in the community, and local professional bodies.
Qualifications
* Experience working as a Deputy Manager or Lead Nurse, ideally within a care home setting and with dementia care experience.
* Current NMC pin number and experience managing a team of nurses.
* Understanding of the benefits that high-quality clinical care brings to residents\' lives; experience in elderly and dementia care is advantageous.
* Approachable, open, and ready to share clinical experience; committed to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development.
