Graduate Control, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer
Location - Chester

·Annual company bonus
·Annual leave: 25 days, increasing to 28 days after 6 years' service (1 extra day every 2 years)

oFlexi-time with one flex day every 4 weeks (subject to hours)

What will you be doing?
·Completing a structured 2-year Graduate Development Programme
·Learning how control, electrical and instrumentation systems are designed and delivered
·Supporting the design, analysis and verification of engineering systems
·Managing defined work packages with guidance from senior engineers
·Gaining exposure to installation, testing and commissioning activities
·Working across multiple departments to understand the full project lifecycle

Where you'll be doing it
You'll be based near Chester, working for a specialist engineering company operating in the Nuclear Industry. The programme includes structured rotations and, at times, travel to other UK and European sites to support your development.

What you'll need
·Final-year student or recent graduate in Control Systems, Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or similar)
·On track for a 2:1 degree or above
·An interest in becoming a Chartered Engineer
·A practical, hands-on approach to engineering
·Strong communication and teamwork skills
·IT literacy across common engineering software tools
·Flexibility to travel and work on sites when required
·Additional language skills (French, Dutch or German) would be useful, but not essential
