So, what's the role?
With a suite of training and support from the company you will be working in a busy office involved in many aspects of the company administration, ranging through from point of order through to despatch of the product.
Experience of Microsoft word, outlook and excel required and the ability to work as part of a small team is a must.
General Admin
* Opening & distributing of daily post
* Recording all cheques and posting to the bank
Stock Admin
* Updating the Sage system with confirmed shipment dates and amend any dates if shipments change
* Create a container on Sage for all containers booked into the warehouse and add commodity codes and item weights to Sage in "Stock Item Details"
Sales Admin
* Deal with all pro-forma payments transactions via virtual terminal or World pay link and update both payment logs
* Responsible for TJX, Properjob and Machine Mart from receipt of order through to despatch including credits and all associated paperwork
* Process all sales orders as requested by sales team
* Assist Vikki on other orders if needed
* Holiday cover for all sales admin positions
Product Quality Control Administration
(Working with various team members and supervision)
* Testing and inspecting the quality of products & packaging as containers arrive in
* Maintain QC spreadsheet
* Checking valid certification (material, safety & electrical)
* Document and feedback to relevant departments on actions to take
Amazon Account Work
* Non-compliance Chargebacks
