Your Role as Sous Chef
As part of the management team, your responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all food leaving the kitchen meets high standards.
* Supporting the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations and the best guest experience.
* Deputising for the Head Chef when needed.
* Training kitchen staff as part of our Everyman family.
* Managing stocktaking processes.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, ideally from a fast-paced, branded operation. We are also looking for:
* Personality and passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
* A team player who thrives both independently and collaboratively.
