Salary: between £34,000 - £36,000 per annum plus company vehicle and Veolia benefits.
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, either 7am – 3pm, or 8am – 4pm or 11am – 7pm on a rota basis (call out 1 in 5).
Location: Mobile across Chichester.

What you'll be doing
* Working across 6 mental health units in the Chichester area
* Responsible for executing the preventive and corrective maintenance program as per client requirements, in a safe, efficient and competent manner, and in line with site protocols and procedures
* Troubleshoot problems as directed by site management and supervisors
* Complete site documentation before and after work tasks, as appropriate
* Liaise with contractors during planned service maintenance
* Participate in the appropriate training
* Carry out risk assessment of equipment maintenance task list steps and ensure these are always kept valid
What we're looking for
* Qualified in carpentry, plumbing, decoration or another suitable trade
* Good understanding of the types of works involved in the facilities management industry
* Excellent understanding of preventive maintenance
* Working in a team, liaising with a scheduler, to react to short‑term needs and support longer‑term improvements on site
* Full clean driving licence required
* Live within 30 minutes of Chichester for callouts
