Overview
First Achieve's global engineering client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tendering & Proposal Engineer to join the growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender submissions, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Review tender documents, specifications, and client requirements.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams for bid preparation.
* Conduct cost estimation and pricing analysis.
* Prepare compliance statements, technical submittals, and bid documentation.
* Liaise with clients and suppliers for clarifications and quotations.
* Maintain tender records and proposal databases.
* Ensure all submissions comply with company standards and client requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tendering/proposal engineering.
* Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and contract documentation.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation/proposal software.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Electrical / Mechanical industries.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with international standards and bidding processes.
