Utilities Administrator
Lancashire | Full-time | Office-based

We're partnering with one of the UK's largest commercial property companies, headquartered in Lancashire, known for their innovative and client-focused approach. Managing over 14 million sq. ft. of assets across the UK, they operate through Asset Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, and Projects teams. The Role
This administrative position requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing data and communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Track and input meter readings, energy usage, and recharges
* Manage change of tenancies and supplier transfers
* Liaise with energy providers, surveyors, and internal teams
* Support tracking EPC certificates and arrange assessments
* Monitor energy data and contribute to sustainability reports
* Raise POs and assist with utility invoice processing
About You:
* Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word (Power BI a plus)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Proactive and confident communicator
* Experience in property, utilities, or sustainability admin preferred
* Full UK driving license required
