As the growth of our People practice continues, we are looking for Solution Leads who have experience of designing processes, configuring the solution and technically integration/data migrations in SuccessFactors to join our team.
Workstream Delivery
* Demonstrate the ability to take ownership for specific parts of one or more functional workstreams, including running client workshops and configuration SAP SuccessFactors Modules.
* Experienced with working collaboratively with clients and supporting them along the journey through a finance transformation. With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options. If you have a need for flexibility, please register and discuss this with our team. Experience of working effectively with senior client representatives, including global process owners and senior business stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational and client collaboration skills.
* Strong presentation skills and able positively influence client and internal stakeholders, including supporting ongoing opportunity pursuits and presenting at client orals.
Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance
* Well versed with project management and governance incl. management of project plans, status reports, issues, risks, assumptions and managing scope.
* Experience with presenting solution position papers and points of view to client forums such as a Design Authority.
What will you need to do it?
Our candidates should have strong commercial acumen, hunger to learn and develop and be able to thrive in a fast‑paced working environment.
* Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills with well‑developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information.
* Experience in a functional and/or technical role in a business or systems delivery environment preferably in more than one sector.
* Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.).
* Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills.
* An awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
* Certifications in multiple SAP SuccessFactors Modules.
