We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to strategic decision‑making, support financial transformation projects, and be part of our supportive and high‑performing finance team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the production of monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and financial statements.
* Reconciling and processing accruals and prepayments, identifying anomalies and working with Finance Business Partners to resolve them.
* Investigating budget variances and contributing to business solutions.
* Assisting in the development of insightful financial reports to improve cost control and decision‑making.
* Playing a key role in transformation and improvement projects across the organisation.
* Reviewing and enhancing finance systems and processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
* Collaborating across teams, building strong relationships with colleagues across the business to ensure finance adds real value.
What We’re Looking For:
* A strong foundation in accounting principles, with experience in financial reporting and reconciliation.
* Knowledge of working within a finance team, understanding reconciliation, financial reporting (internal & external), and review systems.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments.
* A proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement.
* Commitment to professional development and learning.

* Salary £31,000 per annum
