Ideal for a UK-based associate currently working in insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation who wants high-quality work, real responsibility and a clearer route to progression. The Role: You will work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including formal appointments, asset recovery and enforcement strategies, often involving multi-jurisdictional elements. The role offers regular client contact and the chance to take ownership of matters well beyond what is typical at this level in larger onshore practices.
