Malvern Town Council is seeking a Community Development Officer to support and develop community based activities that improve the wellbeing of residents.
The post holder will engage with local residents, champion Asset Based Community Development, connect communities with opportunities, resources and skills whilst supporting, promoting, and delivering the work of the Council’s Community Engagement Sub-Committee.
Applicants must be able to work flexibly, collaboratively and on their own initiative. Previous experience of working with communities and supporting community projects is essential.
