What Our Nursery Managers Do
* Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping.
* Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families.
* Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies.
* Manage a busy and thriving nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant.
* Identify the training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future.
Qualifications And Experience
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Maths GCSE
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Passion for early childhood education
* Experience in a nursery setting
