Location: Hybrid (Stevenage-based) Hours: 37.5 per week Holiday: 28 days + bank holidays Bonus: Quarterly bonus scheme

We are looking for a confident, organised, and proactive individual to join our Sales Support Team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our New Business pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in supporting a high-performing sales function.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for the initial contact for prospective clients, helping to create a positive impression of our business and ensuring our sales team has the best possible opportunities to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with prospective leads via phone and email to introduce our services and qualify interest

* Clean, update, and maintain data to ensure accuracy and reliability across our CRM systems

* Book qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring smooth handovers and excellent client experience

* Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure all information is logged accurately for reporting and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport quickly

* Confidence speaking to new people and handling conversations professionally

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Self-motivated and able to take initiative

* Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

* Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
