DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer
Bristol (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
We’re looking for a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join a small, collaborative DevOps infrastructure team that sits within a wider technical Defence organisation. This is a hands-on infrastructure support role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across both Linux and Windows environments in a steady, well-structured setting.
This is not a highly complex role, and a defence background is not required.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing day-to-day infrastructure support
* Working across Linux and Windows systems
* Supporting and maintaining virtualised environments
* Collaborating with DevOps and wider technical teams
* Using DevOps tools to support delivery, documentation, and workflows
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in a corporate or DevOps environment
* Strong hands-on experience with Windows and Linux
* Experience with virtualisation technologies, such as:
* VMWare
* Nutanix
Working knowledge of DevOps tools including:
* Git
* Jira
* Confluence
* Jenkins
* Artifactory
Nice to Have
* Exposure to or interest in cyber security within an infrastructure or DevOps setting
Working Pattern
* Hybrid role based in Bristol
* 3 days per week onsite
