Key Responsibilities:
As Internal Account Support Team Leader, you'll lead from the front and ensure your team delivers consistently high standards:
Manage and develop the Internal Account Support team to achieve targets
Conduct regular one-to-ones and provide coaching and feedback
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
Oversee customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Delegate and manage workload effectively across the team
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Support order processing and maintain service level agreements
What we're looking for:
To succeed as Internal Account Support Team Leader, you'll bring strong leadership and operational experience:
Proven experience leading or supervising a team
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Experience working with KPIs in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with the ability to motivate others
Organised and adaptable approach to changing priorities
