Bank Radiographer/Mammographer - The Yorkshire Clinic - Bank Hours

The role

At Ramsay Health Care UK, we know our people are our most important asset. You will be part of a close-knit, innovative Radiology team delivering an exceptional diagnostic imaging service. At the heart of patient care, you’ll build relationships with all the hospital’s key departments, and our consultants across many specialisms. Whilst providing exceptional clinical care, you’ll also track, process and manage images in RIS and PACS, perform audits and assist in booking in patients. But at its heart, this role is about playing a key role in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of your patients.

Where you’ll be based

The Yorkshire Clinic is one of West Yorkshire's leading private hospitals set in three acres of woodland in the grounds of Cottingley Hall near Bingley. The hospital opened in 1982 and has 57 bedrooms including one twin-bedded room all with en suite facilities. The five fully equipped theatres, all with ultra clean air technology, are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures, such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement.

What you’ll bring with you

1. Diploma or degree in diagnostic Radiography

2. PG Certificate in Mammography

3. HCPC registration and evidence of post registration development

4. SOR IV cannulation certificate desirable

5. Sound written and verbal communication skills

6. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

7. Passion to deliver high quality diagnostic services

8. Ability to participate in on call rota and work evening/weekends as required
