Job Description
* Oversee and maintain quality assurance processes and systems in compliance with industry standards.
* Conduct internal audits and support external inspections to ensure regulatory adherence.
* Review and approve documentation, including SOPs and batch records, for accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
* Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management.
* Support the investigation and resolution of deviations and non-conformances.
* Provide training and guidance on quality assurance practices to staff members.
* Ensure continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
