Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Registered Nurse Manager to join its client based in Sutton.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service.
2. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation.
3. Deliver training and support to staff, including new inductees.
4. Maintain staffing levels and resource planning.
5. Liaise with families, medical professionals, and external stakeholders.
6. Support referrals, assessments, and ongoing medical needs of service users.
7. Promote a safe, empowering, and inclusive environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
18. A current NMC Pin (RN / RMN / RNLD)
19. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
20. Level 5 RMA (preferred)
21. Experience in Learning Disability care
22. Strong leadership and communication skills
23. Legal right to work in the UK
