Excellent Junior Sous Chef Opportunity with busy Development Kitchen
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Bicester area for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their high end production kitchen as a product development chef. You assist the head chef in preparing fresh meals and menus for executive clients. The kitchen operates on a seven day basis and you will work 5 days a week on a rota basis. You will have experience in a fast paced environment, be passionate about food and ingredients and be well organised with good communication skills.

The Role
* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Preparing meals for high end menus in production kitchen

* You will already be a Junior or Sous Chef
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen
* Good attention to detail
