Student Engagement Advisor ROLE DESCRIPTION At Newcastle College, we're committed to supporting every post-16 student to achieve their full potential and confidently progress into further education, training, or employment. As a Student Engagement Advisor, you'll play a key role in this mission-offering impartial advice and guidance, supporting student welfare and finance queries, and helping young people access the right support and opportunities to succeed. You'll work collaboratively across teams and engage with prospective and existing learners, ensuring they feel informed and empowered to achieve. What You'll Need We're looking for someone who: Holds a Level 3 qualification or higher (or equivalent experience) and is working towards, or willing to achieve, Level 4 in Information, Advice & Guidance. Has strong experience in delivering impartial advice and engaging a diverse range of young people. Demonstrates excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills, with a proactive, student-centred approach.
