What you'll do
* Draft contracts for the Scottish Buying team
* Generate purchasing notifications for Suppliers
* Secure price confirmations for Suppliers after negotiations
* Collect and verify data from Suppliers for the Scottish Buying team
* Set up and maintain master data in the Purchasing systems
* Implement basic training for new, international, and non-specialist employees
* Update and maintain training materials for team processes
* Participate in process optimization
* Prepare weekly reports
What you'll need
* German speakers preferred
* Excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently under pressure
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent time management skills
* Adaptability
* Confident communicator
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
