Business & Office Administrator Reading, UK (office based) Position type: Full-Time Date posted: May 2, 2024 Closing date: Open until filled Independent Project Analyst (IPA) has an opportunity for a Business & Office Administrator to take on a varied and busy role. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and be pro-active, conscientious and detail oriented. Key areas of responsibility Provide administrative support to Office Managers, including managing their calendars, compiling data for reports, and co-ordinating both international and local travel as well as reconciling expenses. Provide administrative support for internal and external client conferences and training courses. Perform general office administrative and facilities activities, including co-ordinating vendors/deliveries and performing reception duties. Provide support for Project Scheduling. Act as a Fire Warden and First Aider at Work (training will be provided). Required Skills and Experience Has experience with managing diaries, co-ordinating meetings and video conferences, arranging and managing travel itineraries and reconciling expenses. Is highly organised with strong attention to detail and has excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively manage conflicting time-sensitive priorities. Is able to always maintain professionalism and discretion. Has well-developed interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as people from other cultures. Required Education and Skills High general standard of education is essential, including English and Math. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including fluency in English.
