Quantity Surveyor – Affordable Housing Refurbishment A recognised main contractor specialising in the affordable housing sector is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment and remediation projects for housing associations and local authorities across London and the surrounding regions. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for refurbishment and remediation projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
