About the Role:
Vision for Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded Multi-Academy Trust to recruit a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher for a primary school in Chigwell. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking trust, committed to high standards of teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging and challenging lessons, supporting pupil progress, and contributing to the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
3. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
4. Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
6. Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school and trust
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
8. Experience teaching within KS2
9. Strong classroom management and organisational skills
10. A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
11. A commitment to raising standards and pupil outcomes
