Are you a Building Services Engineer with service and maintenance experience in commercial properties, looking for a new role across Bristol and the surrounding areas? Our client, a leading Facilities Services provider, works across a wide range of commercial properties. Due to the award of several new sites, they are now recruiting a Building Services Maintenance Engineer to cover Bristol, Bath, Gloucester and parts of Wiltshire. The Role As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance within plant rooms and communal areas of commercial properties, including: · Fault-finding and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning plant · Water temperature checks and Legionella testing · Servicing pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs · General plumbing tasks, including TMVs, flushing, and like-for-like replacements · Ensuring statutory compliance and operational efficiency of building services Candidate Requirements · Qualified in either: o Mechanical - Air Conditioning, Gas, or Commercial Plumbing · Electrical - Minimum Level 2 · Previous experience working in commercial plant rooms · Passionate about service delivery in planned and reactive maintenance · Flexible, multi-skilled, and able to work independently or as part of a team Package & Benefits · Competitive salary (details provided on application) · Opportunities for career development within a growing organisation · Work across a variety of commercial sites in the South West For further information about the role and the company, please apply now or contact Gary Cornes for a confidential discussion.
