BAE Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Workplace to lead the development and transformation of our Digital Workplace product group
Key Skills
* Lead the development and execution of a digital workplace strategy aligned to BAE Systems' business objectives.
* Manage a portfolio of workplace products and services including Microsoft 365, end-user hardware, and productivity tools.
* Oversee supplier selection, onboarding, and service transformation.
* Drive change and user adoption with a user-first approach.
* Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and IT standards.
* Build and lead a skilled team of internal staff and partners.
* Champion innovation, digital collaboration, and hybrid working.
* Manage budgets, performance metrics, product roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
