We are now looking for a Leisure Club Manager to oversee our gym, pool, and spa operations at our hotel.
With facilities available to our hotel guests and the vibrant local membership, we are seeking an individual to help, support, and develop our leisure club for both guests and members alike. Managing a small team, you will have the ability to support and advise on the use of equipment in the fitness gym, design personalized fitness programs, and support organizing and managing pool activities and classes.
You will be a qualified pool responder with experience managing pool and gym facilities, knowledgeable about all health and safety requirements for safe operation, and eager to provide a first-class experience for all leisure club users. You should have experience leading and supervising a small team and be committed to developing a first-class experience for our members and hotel guests. This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7, including some weekends and evenings, with flexible rota options. You will report to the Hotel General Manager.
