Location: London N5 (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Hours: Full-time, | 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure
Join Spread a Smile, a growing children's charity that brings moments of laughter to seriously ill children in hospitals and hospices across the UK. We are looking for an experienced EA & Office Manager to support our team.
This dual role involves strategic support to the CEO (70%) and day-to-day office management (30%).
You will manage the CEO’s diary, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions. You’ll also support donor relations, prepare presentations, and coordinate engagement activities.
In office management, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage suppliers, coordinate IT access, handle budgets, and support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, policy updates, and staff wellbeing.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience supporting senior leadership, be highly organized, discreet, proactive in system improvements, and capable of building relationships at all levels. Skills in HR admin, basic finance, and IT (especially Microsoft Office) are essential.
You will be part of a supportive team, working in a flexible hybrid environment (minimum three days in the office), and making a meaningful impact on children’s lives.
